Steady Aim and Sniping Empty Steady Aim and Sniping

Sun Dec 19, 2010 10:16 pm
Does anyone know what the word on this is? I think it would make difference if you can hold your breath. For that matter, do we even know if there is scope wobble? I personally haven't seen anyone use a real scope yet.

Could someone please clarify this?

Good question ....
to be more true to life they should have it ..
COD has it to hold your breath to steady aim .. but
Battlefield Bad Company 2 didn't have anything other then
having to judge for distance as your bullets drop ...

would be nice to have a combination of both .

IMO, I think that would be to much of a change. While holding your breath is realistic, games like COD usually over do it to the point that it is no longer realistic. I think the way it would work best in SOCOM is if it didn't fully stabilise your gun, if even very much at all (that's what bipods are for). I think bullet drop would be a waste of time, since the maps usually BC sized.
