ya all should view the Portal page on this site more often ....

That or Admin can put the rank image here on the forums where it is most populated ...

I could direct the forum to the portal page as the first screen that pops up. I did have both my forums set up this way in the past. But I use my cell phone to surf on occasion and it seems easier to have it routed to go directly to the forum.

if you find the correct spot .. you would be able to add the image to the footer within the CSS coding ....

just a matter of digging in to it , and finding the location ...
Most people already have the forums bookmarked on their computers to come straight to the forums .. and if you re-direct .. then they might still just locate the forum URL and re-book mark it ..

I would almost have to start one of these free forums and locate the CSS for ya and re-wright it .. but I will give it a go and look in to it for ya
