My take on Suppression

I was thinking, why on Earth they would consider Suppression a SOCOM staple? It is basically just Team Deathmatch, something that is in every other shooter. Then it hit me. Have you ever played Demo or Escort or any of the other game modes in Respawn? The thing is they don't work. Team Deathmatch on the other hand, works perfectly on Respawn.

I feel like that is their original reason for putting Suppression in BEFORE the other modes. Now I don't believe it is anything cynical, and I truly believe that have always intended to add some of the other classic modes.

Good point. It worked for MAG, but but MAG's maps are big enough to do objective-based respawn games.

The more Zipper hugs respawn games, the less 'socom' they will be.
