I don't really understand it. Is it a new socom forum? If so then why? Or is it the new beerclan forums?

Not the biggest fan of that logo.

Just playing around, not replacing any of our forums with this look. Yeah the banner is kind of Ugly. I will redo it. Just the over all look more than anything. I think it's kind of different and no one has anythinkg like it.

This is my favorite look for this site. Although I think it could use a couple of real soldiers faded into the background.

I was just confused because I couldn't tell if it was a model you were working on for this site, or if it was for the beerclan site.

I made a new Banner, it looks better but I could have put more time into it. I think it is starting to look better as I miss with it. I may try it out as the Beer Forum and see how people react to it. It looks better now after I tweaked the colors a bit also.

I have noticed (with myself) sometimes the more you mess with a img creation the less and less you actually like the img you present ..

I think that forum looks good myself ... keep up the Good work ...

LIKE
-The margins to either side, centering the forum and letting us see some of the background.
-The Header/Logo design style.

DISLIKE
-The use of white. Its waaaay too bright and hard on the eyes, especially in comparison to this forum.
-How much room is taken up by the Header/Logo and advertisements. Shouldn't have to scroll as much to get to the topics.

The quality of the designs for the logo and background and all is good, but the color choices and layout don't really work.

I agree with NAME-LESS, the look that you have for this site right now is fantastic. The only thing i don't like is how everything is stretched tothe whole page, rather than focused more towards the center. You have an awesome backgronud here, but i never get to see it cause the forum covers it all.

Definitely like the new color.

The bottom right edge of the middle part of the top banner seems a bit off but otherwise its a great header.

Definitely like the music player

"Jump to" on the FAQ section should be on the right of the FAQ header rather than at the bottom I think.

In the search part of the Portal page, the Google option is coloured to the point where it makes it hard to read. Maybe try softening the tones on the colour?

Search popup is see through? Makes it hard to distinguish through the advertisement.

On the log in screen, you have a lot of room beside the login and register dialog boxes. Maybe consider some kind of clan promotion such as a Beer clan logo or something? Even a hot girl would be great there lol.

Otherwise I think the site looks amazing. Just thought id give some feedback. Sorry if I come across as a ass or something but I was trying to be constructive. Great job!

It looks waaay sleek, Paul, good shit!

I agree with Phoenix's points. Just some tweaks but it looks great. i assume this is a re-design for the Beer Clan forums?

Thanks guys, yeah this is just a rough look. The finished product will be lined up and tweaked. The reason why some of it is off is because I didn't pay to have Ads removed on this forum.. On the Beer Forum and this one the ads are gone which I line it up with out ads. Makes a difference on the look.
