Hey just wanna be upfront and honest with you guys, im sure most of you know me but know this. Socom will always have exploits and Confrontation had to be the worst most being Sonys fault. Do not belive for one second that I have not been bothered by being lag switched or cheated in the past thats why I always find a way to battle those types. But with Socom4 I formed a bit of an alliance with the hacking community to provide postitive feedback on exploits and implementations needed on the gaming servers to prevent soft moding and lag latency programs. The conclusion to my ramblings is that I sent over 30 exploits and videos of me basicaly cheating with every scenario possible and sent them directly to Zipper before the Beta ended. DeftFW a know hacker and friend responsible for soft modding all Socom Titles turned over this info to Zipper as well please read the email sent to me........ DeftFW
Re: Read plz 3.60 cfw will be staying private at the moment, also if you are looking to hack socom 4 i would forget about it. I sent all my beta files and informed zipper of the 3.60 exploits that allowed me to abuse a security hole. So socom 4 now has this new security feature on both the server and the game itself. Spoofers will be deleted, reset and the spoofed firmware version will be reset back to original version. Any debug setting in the registry will be reset to default. File dates, hashes, and sizes are now being checked. The game also scans for older socom games such as confrontation and from the looks of it i believe it deletes those too? not sure.
Also talked to General_Killa of {P/S} those days of the ozone are over he tested it on release 4/19/2011 lag switches prove uneffective as well!

Iam with you fully on this. I dont understand personally why people choose to cheat. I was speaking with some one on this yesterday and i think its more of a thrill knowing they are doing something we are un awawre of. Which when your stats say kdr 8 to 1 its pretty obvious or when ur disappearing right before my eyes.

You may wanna holler at kris 2001. He is also pretty much a retired glitch finder. He will pop in today and probably give you his opinion on this. I wont tell you who he is, but he is one of the clan leaders of a well known glitching clan. He uses his other name here out of respect for the forum and has retired from it also.

Wish you could have done that for socom 2. The main reason that game died out is because of too many cheaters
