Any word on further support for SOCOM4? Empty Any word on further support for SOCOM4?

I know in the past Zipper usually drops the game off at your door step and runs, denying any connection to the game afterwards. They promised alot of DLC with this game, I wouldn't say 3 batches of DLC is alot compared to what other games seem to out these days. The Evac pack barely counts. Even if they are done with DLC do we know if they still plan on patching and updating areas of the game? Most importantly will we ever be able to play the maps we paid for? the SOCOM PRO map pack is pretty non existent in the queue ever since the following DLC was released.

None what so ever, I have heard from Roper numerous times say the game will no longer rece9ive any updates from Zipper in the Future.

They could at least add lobbies, or at least a queue for each map. When the already small nunbers of players dies even further down dont stand a chance of playing certain games.

I heard something happened here recently that the game actually went back to it's original version. Some how the patch was un-installed and messed the game up even worse. User Created rooms went back to 8 to play instead of 2, the camera angle and etc.

I haven't noticed. I'll pay closer attention when i'm on tonight. Sucks that the game is just approaching a year old and has been given up on. Socom 2 was supported far after. The addition of lobbies or map queues would drastically improve the playability.

Zipper is gone. but it's cool.....i just dont care about the topic

I am a Socom vet.I have been playing socom since socom1...offline and online..im one of the fans who enjoyed the single player portion of the games and of course #1 being online.....So R.I.P Socom US Navy Seals Franchise

socom4: is what it is... and i honestly like socom4 .it grew on me. but its not socom in the classic since..I bought the game and every piece of DLC they offered and it is the best 3rd person shooter on the market...but not socom

I play BF3 more then anything else now.but I'm still waiting for a solid third person shooter.

Ghost recon is on the way,Spec ops the line, the last of us, looks like it might be pretty cool...I feel your pain my fellow socomers...but its time for me to move on......
