You use your computer to create a LAN line using XLINK. I use a lap top bridged to my PS2 using a Cat 5 cable. My Lap top is wireless and the cat 5 cable is used to connect your PS2 on-line. The Xlink website connects you with other players using your PS2 to what ever PS2 game you are wanting to play. Socom 2 and Combined Assualt can be played using your PS2, not using your computer.
