This is really easy to do and it took about 3 minutes to complete.

To redeem the Promotion Code on your PS3 system:
Step 1: Create account on PlayStation®Network (or use existing account).
Step 2: From the PlayStation®Network icon on the Xross Media Bar, select 'Account Management.'
Step 3: Select 'Redeem Codes.'
Step 4: Enter Promotion Code. Please note that the Promotion Code is case sensitive and must be entered exactly as displayed.
Once the Promotion Code has been entered correctly, click 'Continue.' After accepting terms, download screen will appear. Promotion Codes expire 4/19/2012.

Thanks to DOCEROC for finding this..I got my avatars...I just wish the network was working so I could apply them.

Actually some dude on the Socom.com forums found it and Doc must have e-mailed everyone. I do the same thing, it doesn't take long for the word to get out about good stuff.. LOL
