I am going to upfront with you on this one, just my opinion.. Until a new Socom game is released and things pick up a little more with in the Socom world I feel spending money on a forum and domain name is wasting money..

The last time I had a domain for the site was when Confrontation came out and I paid to have ad removal.. When it comes to web hosting that can run you some change any where from 19.99 month for pretty much I what have on the new forum minus the ads up to 40 a month that is maintained by a rep.

Buying a new website is something i really don't feel is needed with the amount of folks interested in Socom.

Just curious what web browser would you use and if you want and the creative juices are flowing,, LOL,, why not give us a template to look at.. I love this kind of shit.

Well if 1UP wants to host it (I assume for free), the cost is literally going to be like 10 dollars a year. I would have no problem purchasing a domain name and letting you all do the work.

IMO its a no brainer especially if 1UP provides the webhosting.

I'm not a designer. I never said I was going to design anything. I said I could move your forums from here to a host with new forum software that you could have more control over.

If you are designing something though, you should be doing it while using all major browsers since it should support them.

I look at like this,, you guys can do what ever yall want and I'm there.. If 1up builds it I will be there and join up just like another Socom fan.. I like my old forums and they are easy to maintain and I don't have to worrying about partners or people coming and going..

I say create away and come up something of your own and let us see the progress as it's being made.. I would shit if yall jacked the Therealsocomcom.com domain.. You talk about War!!

I get it now.. You would transfer the *.pbt format. - CSS style to another web browser. And all I would have to do is purchase the domain name..

I have no interest in doing it for myself since I have other projects. I was just offering you a favor if you wanted to go that route since you decided to make a new website.

I wouldn't have anything to do with it once it would be up and running, it would be your site.

I could email you the file, it is on a PDF document. 73 pages I think.
