Tell me what you think "NEW"

Still in the works on this, really close to completion

I have been working on a new forum that I feel has more of what we want in a forum

My favorite feature of all time has always been hitting the like button and showing props to that post with my name visible, this new forum has that feature..

Also, this forum has way more avenues for me to add and fix things.. It's time for an upgrade I think.

But,, I will leave it up to you guys, you're the reason why places like this exist, sooo should we leave the old dog forum for something new or stay here?

Also, if we choose to go to the new forum I will try my best to transfer over as much content as possible,, this can also be done by you if you want to create a new thread there by copying and pasting content from here.

I prefer black background myself. Cant stay on a white background for more than ten minutes before I get a headache. If the functionality is better and the interface improved than I guess it would make sense to migrate over. I just cant stand the white background. Black is so much more comfy.

It's not really white, more along the lines of tan.. I will look into changing the colors.. The functionality of it is what I like.

Yea I agree with mack, a small complaint but I'm more partial to dark themed pages myself. Also a way to immediately click on a thread and go to the first unread post is great as well.

Another thing not sure why but this forum will not stay logged in on mobile, I close the page down and go to go back later and check things out and I have to sign back in every time doesn't matter if I check the box or not.

I'm with mack on this. I prefer the black background since i'm now at the age where I get eye strain and dry eyes from staring at the screen for too long.

I prefer a dark background.

Also, one thing id like to see is a way to view the last page on mobile. as far as i know, the only way to go to it is by going 1 by 1 through each page. So hopefully the new forum has that.

Honestly I never really took issue with the original black background scheme. I mean for a free forum it's not the worst format in the world. If you feel like you can make some improvements Paul feel free but I would just suggest not doing something simply because people took shots at your forum set up. Make changes if its really what you just wanted to do, but don't do it for people who you will never appease and will criticize the site no matter what changes you make, know what I mean?
