Good news for 1 vs 1

Created Game Minimum Players is Now 2
In a bit of good news for folks that have asked us to change the value, the minimum required players for created games is now set at 2, down from 8. So yes, you can now do 1 vs. 1 games all day long if you'd like.

Note that this change is currently a server tweak and if the servers are reset for maintenance then we'll have to manually request the change from the powers that be again, but when the servers are moved to 1.05 then a minimum of 2 will automatically remain the default.
