Is this really going on "Cheaters"

my clan just went 8 straight wins
against a clan [75*] and i guess they
got pissed and next match the whole
team was running around with 203's
in a ranked room,we couldnt stay alive fast enough
but the funny thing about it 7 of the 8 on their side
got booted from the room starting into round 5
the last guy left 28 sec before round end,needless
to say we won,moral of the story is cheaters never
prosper,i hate people who have to cheater at video
games i play to have fun i don't give a shit about trophys,
rank,or how well i can shoot

203's in a ranked room, go figure, foking Glitchers everywere. I know people have been reporting Clans and certain people cheating on Socom, I don't think Sony cares.

Clan and I have been reporting everyone we see cheat. Don't know if does anything or not but been doing it anyway. It's so easy to report people only takes bout 30 seconds if that.

If you look at the Socom Confrontation Forum Boards there are alot of people complaining of this, Sony has to know ?

i heard from a few clans that their passworded rooms got hacked,
i havent had any problem in locked rooms yet.

Well I didn't really believe Lag Switches could be used on the PS3, I was wrong. Witnessed this personally yesterday afternoon playing Socom Confrontation. The round Started and 6 of us died with in 3 seconds of the round started on Frost Fire. We stayed in the room, this actually happened twice, and I recognized the Clan Tag of the guy who was lag switching. He claimed he didn't know what happened and we were just standing there so he cut us all. Bullshit,,, the motherfoker was using a Lag Switch, so yes Cheating is going on and they all need to be banned.

The thing is there is so many verities of lag switching. From just stuttering across the map to what I call the shell lag switch. From the not so bad lag switch to the worst one. lol. The shell lag switch when they turn it on its basically like an out of body thing. There body stays but they don't. So they are invisible. So if they turn it on in there spawn, then you have to go to there spawn to kill them. But alot of them jump in the water then go under water to turn it on. Have seen this alot.
