I forgot about Playstation +, not a member but I may go sign up soon, seems to help with downloads and so forth on cost. I know Modern Combat is 6.99 vs 8.99

Well I don't think it will help you for Socom though. Seems only the Euro Playstation+ subscribers are getting the beta access.

I was just curious is this for every killzone or just a select few. Because I dont want to go on manhunt for killzone.

According to the article it states that both the standalone and the helghast versions will feature the code. I believe that the initial releases will all contain the beta code but the game of year and other editions that come out later on will not. The indicator will be the dog tags on the cover.
